Ideas
1) Its an image of a woman climbing up a long ladder to gather her laundry from the electrical lines on a sunny day.
2) The picture seems to take place in the country side, just about in the middle of nowhere. The telephone poles go on for miles, with trees placed here and there. A red barn is hidden in the background.
3) The focus seems to be on the woman standing on the ladder with the electrical lines of clothes.
4) The picture has bright colors and has a vintage feel to it.
5) It makes us think about earlier times when you didn't have a washer and had to hang all your clothes to dry.
6) It seems to me that the woman is young and probably lives alone because the clothes look like women clothing.

1) Its an image of a man standing alone in a shattered lake.
2) The man seems lonely and sad. You can see the ripples of where he had been rowing, and the lake seems fine. Until you reach the foreground, the lake is shattered like he was trying make it and stay strong, but he's finally decided to give up.
3) The focus is mostly on the shattered lake pieces.
4) The photo seems sad and the colors that make this up, are dull and not very bright.
5) It seems to me that the photo is trying to show that you can only be strong for so long before you break.
1) Its an image of a man punching himself, maybe trying to rid himself of something he's seen or not wanting see himself. Not liking what he sees anymore when he stares in the mirror, or at the world around him.
2) In the picture you can see the man punching himself in the face, his face becoming caved in. resembling something that looks like when you push in a pillow.
3) The main focus of the photo is the mans face. The photo gives off a sad feeling with mostly dark colors, like the man can't live with himself anymore.
4) It appears to me that the photographer was trying to show that no matter what we look like, theres always a dark side in us the eats us away. That hate can do many things, and none of them are good.
1) This is an image of a house and barn, a little island, sitting on a large fish. The island is above the water, so you can see it clearly on land. While the fish is underwater, so no one would ever know that the island is actually on a fish.
2) In the image you can see the small island with a red house and barn on top of a huge fish. Everyone is probably oblivious to whats happening under the water.
3) The fish looks like its dead, and the fish is also where the focus is drawn to. The fish is just so huge with a strange look in its eye that its hard not to miss.
4) The photo has a brightness to it above the water, while under the water it gives off this dark look, and the colors make it seem like the water could be cold.
5) The picture makes us feel confused because we're not real sure about whats really happening. Like is the fish dead? How is it just sitting there? Did it just suddenly grow an island on its back?
6) I believe that the photographer was trying to show us that w should always look at things differently. That just because we see half of something, doesn't mean the other half is going to be the same.
1) This is an image of a man who collects fish, possibly for a job, or maybe for food. The man is pulling the blocks of ice with a sled and it holding a chainsaw.
2) The man seems old and looks tried and lonely. He seems that maybe he's lost his family and is living by the scrapes, trying to make a living of what little he's got left.
3) The viewers focus seems to be drawn to the man and his sled of ice and fish.
4) The photo is dark and seems sad.
5) The photographer was trying to express possibly loneliness, but determination to still work and live.
1) The photo shows a man moving from door to door, possibly house to house, holding a can of beer or soda. He's in his night clothes and the setting is dark.
2) The scene shows a man going from one place to another, seeming sad or tired. Maybe he's dealing with a bad marriage and is going somewhere else. Or, he's single, struggling with his job and is going somewhere, to a friends or girlfriend, for help or comfort.
